Dr. Hosam has over 40 years of experience in architecture, urban planning, and
project management across the Middle East and Africa. His expertise in master
planning and large-scale developments has contributed to major projects for
clients such as the Malaysian Government, NEOM, and Orascom. His portfolio
includes residential compounds, urban planning projects, and high-profile
administrative developments.
Eng. Sobhy Mahmoud Abdulhameed
Architectural Engineer

With over 40 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and construction, Eng. Sobhy has worked with some of the most
recognized names in the industry, including Aramco, NEOM, EMAAR, and the
Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. His focus on value-driven architectural solutions and compliance with high industry standards has led to
successful large-scale real estate projects across the Middle East and Africa.

Managing Director and CEO of MINDS – Cairo, Egypt
Eng. Mustafa combines architectural expertise with business strategy,
specializing in investment management, operational efficiency, and market
expansion. With over a decade of experience, he has worked on resource
optimization, startup scaling, and SME growth. Currently completing his MBA
in Investment Management, he focuses on aligning financial decisions with
market trends and business objectives.
